I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with this hotel. The hospitality was topnotch throughout our stay. There's a free EV charger in the parking lot which was a pleasant surprise after a long day of driving. Check-in was a breeze. Rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom toiletries are Dove brand. They even had a complimentary hour-hour in the evening. I don't know what else you can ask for out of a hotel experience.
I really enjoyed my 9 nights here. The room was comfortable and quiet (except the HVAC closet next to the TV. I had to keep turning the TV volume up and down). They have a wonderful daily complimentary breakfast.
We spent a week here. We really enjoyed our stay. Free breakfast was delicious and fresh. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, kind and helpful.The hotel was very nice and beautiful. Close to several state parks and beaches. I will definitely stay here again.
Just stayed here this past weekend. We lived in Naples but recently sold our home and needed a place to stay to finalize our move. The room was clean but had a musty odor. AC was VERY LOUD when it was running. It was quiet...a huge plus. The bar area near the pool was nice and the server was friendly. The location is convenient to many restaurants and shopping at Waterside.
Despite the minor issues, we would stay here again.
Great friendly staff, from checking in, house keeping, to the bartender by the pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Room are very spacious. Bartender was amazing. Great selection of local beers and at a great price. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town
The lady at the front desk was nice. I'm sorry I forgot her name. The room was clean, and I loved the ability to cook food in the kitchenette. Would go again if I am back in the area.
We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean, and the pool area was beautiful! We really had no complaints! Breakfast was limited to cold items and packaged foods due to covid, but still good!
The bed was a little firmer which I didn't mind but may be an issue for some.
Due to mixed reviews I wasn't sure if there was actually a hot tub, but there is! It's smaller but very nice!
Overall we had a nice stay and will be returning!

This lodging is situated in the heart of the Naples, Florida community, and we stayed there a few weeks ago. We had reservations for like a week and we truly enjoyed everything during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The facility was very clean and well maintained to the highest standards. I’m sure that we will be back in the near future when we visit this area again.
